The Challenge
To take Origin Bank’s site to the next level, our design needed to center on each customer’s specific journey, creating an online experience that anticipated and was tailored to their needs. Our primary objective was to increase product, service, and brand awareness with streamlined storytelling, driving higher content engagement.



The Strategy
Zehnder worked closely with the Origin team to develop customer personas and corresponding financial journeys, defining both inbound and outbound strategies. We funneled customers and prospects along paths leading to more engagement with relevant, high-priority products and services.



The Results
The new, streamlined experience helped users make decisions and convert, providing personalized experiences for “first-time” users and “next-time” visitors. Our simplified navigation and UX/UI design delivered customized micro-moments based on geography, campaign, and user behavior. An enhanced content strategy resulted in better life-stage decision-making through online calculators and content, and boosted conversion via a “no dead ends” approach with key calls to action.
