The Challenge
During COVID 19, Zehnder was tasked with creating a campaign that showed DMG caring for patients safely. It needed an optimistic and reassuring tone, avoiding overwhelming viewers with safety measures. Additionally, we wanted to demonstrate that patients and doctors could still engage face-to-face, even in a time of distancing and masks.

The Strategy
At its heart, the campaign was about the patient-physician relationship. Utilizing remote viewing and an all-day Zoom, we worked with our production team to shoot the spot with limited crew and talent. This kept everyone safe while ensuring the creative product was timely. To support television spots, Zehnder worked closely with the client to develop radio as well as a landing page for online scheduling.
The Results
After a successful campaign launch, DuPage Medical Group saw a significant increase in website activity and online scheduling, helping them further solidify relationships with their patient base.
